Leon River Mercantile Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. When your order arrives, please check each item carefully (immediately). If for any reason, you're not satisfied, you may return that unused product for an exchange, credit or refund.
Fill out the return form provided in your order and include it with your merchandise. Special order, drop ships and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Back Orders
We make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible. We are not able to back-order an item that sells for less than $50.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
